Resonant Energetics

By Bruce Eichelberger M.T.O.M., O.M.D. (China), L.Ac., Dipl.Ac. (NCCAOM)

Tuning ForkEverything in the Universe vibrates - matter, electromagnetic waveforms and spirit. One essential difference between these various levels is the frequency of vibration. Human beings have the potential to directly perceive a vast range of frequencies, far more than is commonly acknowledged.

From daily experience you might observe that each person has a somewhat different experience of vibratory frequencies - some people are able to "pick up vibes" better than others. This is similar to the fact that each person has their own unique set of talents and abilities. With such differences, how then do we know what we know?

Experiments in Perception

In one experiment, researchers in San Antonio, Texas determined that people were not consciously aware of being stared at, but galvanic skin responses were significantly higher during the staring periods with odds against chance being better than 100 to 1. Our bodies know, if we only let ourselves listen.

In a different set of experiments, objective science (behavioral psychology), was unable to prove the existence of consciousness. This was mostly because they were unable to determine an objective way to test for it. An interesting side effect of this is that they were also unable to prove the existence of unconsciousness.

This means that it is scientifically unsound (i.e. unproven superstition) to say that mountains, trees, rivers, etc. are not conscious. We simply have no objective way to measure such things at this point. This also means that science cannot disprove the correctness of American Indian and other "primitive" tribal cultures in saying that we can communicate with the rocks, flowers, Earth, Sun and stars. By using our innate, generally untapped abilities we can develop the ability to perceive clear resonant responses and effectively receive information from Life in all it's diverse richness.

Developing Awareness

With training and practice it becomes possible to access a vastly expanded range of energetic frequencies, even by those who feel they are not naturally talented in this way. This skill is extremely flexible and, when used creatively allows connection with multi-dimensional levels. There are two essentials for developing this ability:

  1. Having a way to get feedback
  2. The ability to ask clear questions

Feedback in Resonant Energetics is gathered through the mechanism of Resonance - the ability to tune perception to specific levels of experience using Intention. Any technique such as dowsing, use of a pendulum, applied kinesiology (muscle-testing), and various forms of ideo-motor signaling can be used to read the resonance. This is relatively easy as long as you practice open skepticism, in other words, the willingness to get whatever answer you get and to double-check your work from different angles.

Once ability is developed with a feedback technique, your degree of success is entirely determined by the effectiveness of your questions. "Seek and ye shall find, knock and it shall be opened unto you." As with most experiences, the context of any specific situation has enormous bearing on which questions you might ask; if you want to measure lightning, don't use a rain gauge. For example, in the healing arts you might ask questions relating to assessment of the patients condition or the appropriate healing modalities which may be effective. On the other hand, you would want to ask very different questions if faced with a difficult work situation.

It is important to know, and to remember during this process, that all of your actions will generate additional feedback. This means that as you open your levels of awareness to more and higher levels, you must continue to pay attention and be willing to adapt. It doesn't pay to get caught in reflexive habit patterns when you are moving through the complex variables that make up life.
